1. Third-Party & User-Generated Content

The KEX Karaoke App functions strictly as a neutral platform and hosting service that enables users to upload, share, exchange, and access media content contributed by independent users and/or third parties.

  • No Ownership or Control: KEXKARAOKE does not own, curate, or control any content uploaded by users. We act solely as a passive conduit for the distribution of such content.

  • No Endorsement: We do not pre-screen, verify, or guarantee the legality, accuracy, safety, or non-infringement of any user-contributed media. Users access and interact with this content at their own discretion and risk.

2. Intellectual Property Policy & Takedown Procedure

KEXKARAOKE respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

  • Reporting Infringement: If you believe that any content hosted on the App infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please notify us immediately via our Official Contact Form.

  • Platform Action: Upon receipt of a valid notice, KEXKARAOKE reserves the right to:

    1. Notify the user who uploaded the content regarding the claim.

    2. Promptly remove, disable access to, or limit the visibility of the disputed music or media.

    3. Terminate the accounts of repeat offenders in appropriate circumstances.

  • Limitation of Liability: By providing this reporting mechanism, KEXKARAOKE limits its liability for any infringing content uploaded by its users, acting in accordance with standard "Safe Harbor" protocols.

3. No Guarantee of Rights or Legality

  • Subscription Scope: Subscribing to the KEX Karaoke App provides access to the platform’s features and interface only. It does not grant, transfer, or imply any legal rights, licenses, or permissions to use any specific song, video, or media content beyond what you already lawfully possess.

  • User Responsibility: KEXKARAOKE makes no warranty that the content available on the platform can be lawfully used for your specific intended purpose (e.g., public performance or commercial use). It is the user’s sole responsibility to comply with local copyright laws and regulations.

4. User Representation and Indemnity

By uploading or sharing content on the App, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to share such content.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KEXKARAOKE, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your violation of any third-party rights or any breach of these terms.
